Hanoi: New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon arrived in Hanoi on the afternoon of February 25, marking the start of his official visit to Vietnam. This visit coincides with his participation in the 2nd ASEAN Future Forum (AFF), scheduled from February 25 to 28, following an invitation from his Vietnamese counterpart, Pham Minh Chinh. PM Luxon and his delegation were received at Noi Bai International Airport by Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Do Hung Viet.

According to Vietnam News Agency, during his stay, PM Luxon is expected to engage in official talks with PM Chinh and pay courtesy visits to senior leaders of the Vietnamese Party, State, and National Assembly. Additionally, he plans to visit significant economic, cultural, and educational sites in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
