Moscow: The Vietnamese communities in areas affected by the recent earthquake, which was accompanied by tsunami warnings in eastern Russia, are currently safe. This assurance was provided by the spokeswoman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pham Thu Hang, during a regular press briefing.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the spokeswoman emphasized that the safety of the Overseas Vietnamese in the impacted regions has been a priority. Efforts have been made to ensure their well-being and to provide them with necessary support and information during this period. The Ministry continues to monitor the situation closely and maintains communication with local authorities in Russia to address any emerging needs.
