Istanbul: Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Tran Thanh Man met with Speaker of the Federation Council of Russia's Federal Assembly Valentina Matviyenko in Istanbul, Trkiye, on April 17 on the sidelines of the 152nd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU-152).

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting between the two parliamentary leaders focused on strengthening the bilateral relationship between Vietnam and Russia. Both leaders expressed their commitment to enhancing cooperation in various sectors and emphasized the importance of continued dialogue and collaboration.
