Party Chief Briefs Laos on Outcomes of CPV’s 14th National Congress

Vientiane: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam and General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith co-chaired a conference in Vientiane on February 5 on outcomes of the CPV's 14th National Congress, on the occasion of the former's state visit to Laos.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the conference served as a platform for the leaders of both countries to discuss and share insights on the results and resolutions passed during the CPV's 14th National Congress. The event was part of To Lam's official visit to Laos, aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between the two neighboring countries.

The discussions highlighted various aspects of the CPV's recent congress, including new strategies and policies that are expected to shape Vietnam's future development. Both leaders emphasized the significance of mutual understanding and collaboration in achieving common goals and addressing regional challenges.

The visit and the conference underscored the strong ties between Vietnam and Laos, with both parties reaffirming their commitment to continued partnership and support in various fields.
