Vientiane: General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith hosted a special wrist-tying ceremony for General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam in Vientiane on February 5 evening.
