Party Chief Hosts Chinese Ministers for Strategic Dialogue in Hanoi

Hanoi: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) To Lam received China's Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi, Minister of National Defence Dong Jun, and Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong in Hanoi. The meeting marks the first ministerial-level strategic dialogue on foreign affairs, national defence, and public security, referred to as the '3+3' dialogue.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the ministers' visit underscores the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between Vietnam and China. The discussions are expected to focus on enhancing cooperation in various strategic sectors, reflecting both countries' commitment to regional stability and development. The dialogue represents a significant step in fostering communication and collaboration on key issues affecting both nations.
