Party Chief Urges Hanoi Officials to Think Boldly, Act for Public Good

Hanoi: Party General Secretary To Lam, accompanied by the delegation of NA deputies of Hanoi, met with voters from 11 wards in the capital city on December 15, during which he called for a renewed development mindset, and urged officials to think boldly, take action, and assume responsibility for the public interest.

According to Vietnam News Agency, during the meeting, To Lam emphasized the importance of innovative thinking and proactive measures to address the challenges facing Hanoi. He encouraged officials to prioritize the needs of the community and to embrace new strategies that could lead to sustainable development and progress in the city.

To Lam highlighted the significance of accountability in governance and the need for officials to be more responsive to the public’s demands. He urged them to consider long-term impacts while formulating policies and to ensure that their actions align with the overall welfare of the citizens.

The meeting also provided a platform for the voters to express their concerns and suggestions, which To Lam assured would be taken into consideration.
