Hanoi: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam and a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam departed from Hanoi on February 5 morning for a state visit to Laos. The visit is made at the invitation of General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith.
