Hai Phong:A peace-praying ceremony and lantern festival took place on the Luc Dau river dyke in front of the Kiep Bac Temple in Hai Phong city on the evening of September 28.

According to Vietnam News Agency, this event was part of the ceremonies for the 2026 Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival.
