Tunis:Phu Tho A social housing project valued at approximately 1.08 trillion VND (42 million USD) commenced construction on October 17 in Phu Tho province. This development will introduce 950 affordable apartments to the northern region's housing market.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the project is being developed by a partnership between An Phu Company Ltd and Eco Fire Company Ltd. The construction site spans over 13,000 square meters within the Dinh Trung Central Park urban area in Vinh Phuc ward.

This project marks the 22nd social housing initiative to begin in the province and is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy in the first quarter of 2028.
