Hanoi:General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam hosted a banquet in honor of Swiss President Guy Parmelin in Hanoi. The event took place on the evening of October 17, with both leaders accompanied by their spouses.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Swiss President is on an official visit to Vietnam. During the same evening, the two leaders and their spouses also toured the pedestrian area around Hoan Kiem Lake, where they interacted with local residents.
