Phu Tho:Vice Chairman of the Phu Tho provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Khac Hieu, is eager to enhance collaborations with Russian partners in sectors such as education, industrial development, agro-forestry processing, technology, and trade.

According to Vietnam News Agency, during a meeting on September 29, Hieu engaged with Dyakov Yuri Ilyich, Chairman of the Sakhalin branch of Opora Rossii, a nationwide Russian organization supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. Hieu emphasized the region's potential following its merger with Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh, highlighting its strengths in industry, processing and manufacturing, agriculture, forestry, and labor supply.

Hieu underscored the importance of aligning vocational training with labor market demands, marking it as a key focus for future bilateral cooperation.
