Da Nang:The Republic of Korea's HS Hyosung has commenced construction on a $100 million facility in Da Nang City. The plant, located at Tam Thang Industrial Park in Thang Truong commune, will focus on producing BCF yarn and carpets.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the project spans about 11 hectares and aims to manufacture BCF yarn, commercial carpets, and automotive floor carpets. The facility is expected to have an annual production capacity of 16,800 tonnes of BCF yarn and approximately 7.8 million square meters of carpets.
