Hanoi: Prime Minister Le Minh Hung has directed the health sector to resolve supply bottlenecks and establish transparent mechanisms that ensure an adequate supply of medicines and medical equipment at reasonable prices while chairing a working session with the Ministry of Health and relevant ministries and agencies on September 8.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Prime Minister emphasized the need for prompt action to address current challenges in the health sector. The directives aim to prevent shortages and ensure that healthcare providers can access necessary resources to meet the needs of the population.

The meeting underscored the importance of collaboration between various governmental departments and agencies to streamline supply chains and remove any existing obstacles.
