Thanh hoa: The construction of boarding and inter-level primary and lower secondary schools simultaneously commenced in border communes across 15 provinces. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and delivered a keynote address at the groundbreaking ceremony held at the Yên Khuong Inter-level Boarding Primary and Lower Secondary School in Thanh Hoa Province.
