PM Holds Dialogue With Japanese Businesses To Deepen Economic Ties

Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh called on Japanese businesses to continue placing their trust in Vietnam while chairing a dialogue with Japanese enterprises in Hanoi on March 21.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the dialogue aimed at strengthening economic ties between Vietnam and Japan. Prime Minister Chinh emphasized the importance of collaboration and encouraged Japanese companies to invest in various sectors in Vietnam. The meeting provided a platform for open discussion on potential opportunities and challenges faced by Japanese investors in the country.

During the session, Japanese business representatives expressed their interest in expanding operations in Vietnam, citing the favorable investment climate and strategic location as key factors. Prime Minister Chinh reassured the attendees of Vietnam's commitment to fostering a supportive environment for foreign businesses and highlighted ongoing reforms intended to streamline business processes.

Vietnam and Japan have enjoyed strong bilateral relations, with Japan being one of Vietnam's largest foreign investors. The dialogue is expected to further enhance economic cooperation and pave the way for new ventures and partnerships between the two nations.
