Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh hosted a welcome ceremony on February 26 afternoon for his New Zealand counterpart Christopher Luxon, who is paying an official visit to Vietnam and attending the 2nd ASEAN Future Forum (AFF).
