Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited, extended New Year greetings and inspected combat readiness of officers and soldiers of K3 Special Reconnaissance Brigade, General Department II, Ministry of National Defense on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, on January 27 (December 28, Year of the Dragon), in Hanoi. Chinh praised the brigade’s nearly three decades of service as an elite and stalwart force within military intelligence.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the Prime Minister’s visit underscored the importance of the K3 Special Reconnaissance Brigade in maintaining national security. During his inspection, Chinh emphasized the need for continued vigilance and readiness in the face of evolving security challenges. The Prime Minister acknowledged the contributions of the officers and soldiers, highlighting their role in safeguarding the nation’s interests.
The K3 Special Reconnaissance Brigade, part of the Ministry of National Defense, has been instrumental in providing intelligence and reconnaissance support. With nearly thirty years of experience, the brigade has established itself as a key component of the country’s defense strategy. The Prime Minister’s visit was also an opportunity to motivate and encourage the brigade as they continue their mission.
In his address, Chinh expressed confidence in the brigade’s capabilities and urged them to maintain their commitment to excellence. The visit concluded with the Prime Minister extending his best wishes to the officers and soldiers for the Lunar New Year, reinforcing the government’s support for their endeavors.
