Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited the construction site of the Hanoi Metro Line 3, also known as the Nhon-Hanoi Station urban railway line, and extended Tet greetings to workers here on February 22 (the 6th day of the Lunar New Year of the Horse). On the same day, the PM also inspected passenger service at Hanoi Railway Station.
