Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received Lao Minister of Foreign Affairs Thongsavanh Phomvihane on December 18 in Hanoi. The Lao minister is visiting Vietnam to co-chair the countries’ 12th political consultation at the foreign ministerial level.
