Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on January 20 called on the media covering the ongoing 14th National Party Congress to focus on reporting the event's major outcomes and new highlights. During a visit to the press centre amid a break in proceedings, PM Chinh met with reporters and inquired about their working conditions.

According to Vietnam News Agency, PM Chinh emphasized the importance of the media as a hardworking and vital force in disseminating information. He stressed that all possible support should be offered to the press, including adequate infrastructure, reliable internet connectivity, and a conducive work environment. This support is essential to enable timely, comprehensive, accurate, and engaging coverage of the congress.
