Thanh hoa: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on October 15 attended and delivered a keynote speech at the 20th Party Congress of Thanh Hoa province for the 2025-2030 tenure, emphasising five key tasks for the local Party Organisation, armed forces, and people to focus on in order to achieve the set goals. PM Chinh urged the province to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the resolutions and action programmes of the 14th National Party Congress and its own 20th Party Congress, while urgently realising the recent strategic decisions of the Politburo in key areas.
According to Vietnam News Agency, PM Chinh highlighted the importance of the province in the national development strategy and encouraged Thanh Hoa to leverage its potential and strengths. He stressed the need for innovation, fostering human resources, and boosting socio-economic development to transform the province’s developmental aspirations into tangible outcomes. The Prime Minister’s address also included a call for unity and concerted efforts among the local Party Organisation, armed forces, and citizens to ensure a successful implementation of the outlined objectives.
