Hanoi: Prime Minister Le Minh Hung hosted a welcome ceremony and held talks with Prime Minister of Timor-Leste Kay Rala Xanana Gusmo in Hanoi on June 9 afternoon. The Prime Minister of Timor-Leste is in Vietnam for an official visit and attendance to the third ASEAN Future Forum hosted by Hanoi on June 8-9.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the discussions between the two leaders focused on strengthening bilateral relations and exploring opportunities for cooperation in various sectors. The visit marks an important step in fostering diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Timor-Leste, highlighting the commitment of both nations to regional collaboration.
