Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his Russian counterpart Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin engaged in talks immediately following a welcome ceremony for Mishustin in Hanoi on January 14.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Russian Prime Minister is on an official visit to Vietnam from January 14-15. This two-day trip signifies PM Mishustin’s inaugural visit to Vietnam and represents the first official visit by a high-ranking foreign leader to the country in 2025.
