Hanoi:Prime Minister Le Minh Hung has called on the Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) and other relevant ministries and agencies to continue their efforts in proposing, appraising, approving, and implementing strategic technology development tasks. These tasks should align with regulations and aim to create value, thereby making a substantive contribution to socio-economic growth.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Prime Minister made this appeal during an online thematic meeting on September 28. The meeting focused on exploring how science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation can more effectively contribute to socio-economic growth. It also included a review of progress made in the third quarter of 2026.
