Hanoi: Prime Minister Le Minh Hung hailed Israeli Ambassador to Vietnam Yaron Mayer's contributions to the positive development of the friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Israel over the past four years, at a farewell meeting in Hanoi on August 12.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the Prime Minister appreciated Ambassador Mayer's efforts in strengthening bilateral relations, highlighting key areas of collaboration that have seen significant progress. These include advancements in trade, technology, and cultural exchanges that have benefitted both nations. The Prime Minister expressed gratitude for the ambassador's dedication and service during his tenure.
Ambassador Mayer, in response, thanked the Vietnamese government and its people for their support and cooperation. He emphasized the mutual benefits resulting from the strengthened ties between Israel and Vietnam, and expressed hope for continued collaboration in the future. The meeting concluded with both parties acknowledging the achievements made and expressing optimism for further developments in bilateral relations.
