Hanoi:Prime Minister Le Minh Hung chaired a meeting to discuss preparations for APEC Vietnam Year 2027, emphasizing the need for specific and clear timelines along with quality, practical, effective, and cost-efficient logistics and reception.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting was attended by key figures including Standing Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the National Committee for APEC 2027, Pham Gia Tuc, and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Vice Chairman of the committee, Le Hoai Trung.

Vietnam, which previously hosted APEC Year in 2006 and 2017, has prioritized the 2027 event as one of its top diplomatic agendas through 2030. This requires comprehensive, methodical, and seamless preparation at the highest level to ensure success.
