Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh had separate meetings with Vice President of the World Bank (WB) Manuela V. Ferro and President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) Jin Liqun in Vientiane, Laos, on October 10, on the sidelines of the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits and Related Summits.
