A delegation of high-ranking political officers of the Vietnam People’s Army (People’s Army), led by Sen. Lieut. Gen. Trinh Van Quyet, secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and head of the General Department of Politics, paid a working visit to Cuba from October 5-9.
