Tianjin: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and addressed the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Plus Meeting (SCO+) on September 1 as part of the SCO Summit 2025 held in Tianjin, China. The meeting brought together leaders of more than 20 countries and international organisations, including SCO member States, dialogue partners and several guest countries.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the event served as a platform for discussing pressing global issues and fostering collaboration among participating nations. The Prime Minister’s participation underscores the importance of international cooperation and dialogue in addressing shared challenges.
