Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh hosted separate receptions for Ambassador of Russia to Vietnam Gennady Bezdetko and Ambassador of the Republic of Korea (RoK) to Vietnam Choi Young Sam in Hanoi on April 1.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meetings aimed to strengthen diplomatic relations and discuss mutual interests between Vietnam and these nations. The discussions with Ambassador Gennady Bezdetko focused on enhancing cooperation in various sectors, including trade and investment. Meanwhile, the meeting with Ambassador Choi Young Sam centered on deepening the strategic partnership between Vietnam and South Korea, with particular emphasis on economic collaboration and cultural exchange.

These meetings underscore Vietnam's commitment to fostering bilateral ties and exploring new avenues for cooperation with both Russia and South Korea.
