Hung Yen:A groundbreaking ceremony took place on October 9 for a project aimed at upgrading the Bac Hung Hai irrigation system. The event was attended by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the project was launched in Nhu Quynh commune, Hung Yen province, and represents the initial phase of a larger plan to enhance the irrigation system for various uses, with a focus on environmental protection.

During the ceremony, To Lam emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts to transform the area into a green, clean, civilised, and modern development space.
