Saint Petersburg:The second Russia-Vietnam people-to-people diplomacy forum commenced on October 14 in Saint Petersburg, Russia. This event aims to fortify the traditional friendship and enhance comprehensive cooperation between the two nations.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the opening ceremony was attended by approximately 150 delegates. These included local authorities, residents, scientists, experts, and business representatives, all coming together to support the collaboration efforts.
