SEA Games 33: Vietnam Excels with Record-Breaking Performances

Hanoi: After joining her teammates to break the SEA Games record in the women’s 10m air pistol team event, Trinh Thu Vinh continued her outstanding form on the morning of December 14 by setting a new record to secure another individual gold in the women’s 10m air pistol. After three rounds, the Vietnamese shooter posted a score of 242.7 points, one point higher than runner-up Nguyen Thuy Trang, her teammate. As a result, Vietnam claimed both the gold and silver medals in the event.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the record-breaking achievements highlight Vietnam’s dominance in the shooting category at the SEA Games 33. Trinh Thu Vinh’s consistent performance not only contributed to the team’s success but also underscored her individual prowess in a highly competitive field.
