Hanoi: Politburo member and Permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat, Tran Cam Tu, chaired a critical conference on July 14 with provincial and municipal Party Committees, alongside various Party agencies and units, to assess the performance of the second quarter of 2026 and to strategize key tasks for the upcoming period.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the conference served as a platform to evaluate the progress made in the first half of the year and to address the challenges that lie ahead. Tran Cam Tu emphasized the urgency of strengthening efforts to ensure the completion of essential tasks identified for the remainder of the year. The meeting highlighted the need for enhanced coordination and efficiency in implementing Party directives and policies.
The discussions also focused on reinforcing the roles and responsibilities of Party committees and units at all levels to meet the outlined objectives. The conference underscored the importance of maintaining momentum to achieve set goals and to address any obstacles that may hinder progress in the coming months.
