Hanoi: Politburo member and Permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu held talks with Koichi Hagiuda, Executive Acting Secretary-General of Japan's Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) in Hanoi on July 21.
