Hanoi: Politburo member and Permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu held talks with Koichi Hagiuda, Executive Acting Secretary-General of Japan's Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) in Hanoi on July 21.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the discussions between the two officials focused on strengthening bilateral relations and exploring avenues for deeper cooperation between their respective parties.
