Cairo: State President Luong Cuong, accompanied by his spouse and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, arrived in Cairo on the afternoon of August 3, marking the beginning of their official state visit to Egypt. This visit comes at the invitation of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi and his spouse.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit is expected to strengthen diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Egypt, focusing on enhancing bilateral cooperation in various sectors.
