Mr. Supol Boonjairak, 54 years old, or Chang Jim, a disabled man with both arms and legs, lives in Village 14, Ban Mo Tabaek, Pho Thong Subdistrict, Pang Sila Thong District, Kamphaeng Phet Province. He lives with his wife, who is 60 years old and has blurry eyesight in both eyes. He has been working as a repairman for electrical appliances such as fans and electric rice cookers for over 10 years. Many villagers bring electrical appliances to him for repair because the prices are not expensive. Chang Jim earns around 300-400 baht per day and also sells lottery tickets as another source of income.

Technician Jim repairs with a nimble demeanor, with his wife helping him pick up the tools. After repairing, he cleans the electrical appliances every time before handing them over to customers. While repairing electrical appliances, Te
chnician Jim will live-stream on social media for viewers to watch every day. Most of the time, he will provide advice and knowledge on electrical appliance repair and maintenance, as well as give encouragement to those who are discouraged about their fate, to persevere and overcome obstacles. He has over 30,000 followers on TikTok. Most of the people who watch his live stream admire his abilities and give him encouragement.
