Bangkok: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President of Vietnam To Lam met with Speaker of the House of Representatives of Thailand Sophon Saram in Bangkok on May 28 as part of his official visit to Thailand from May 27-29.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation between Vietnam and Thailand. Discussions covered a range of issues including trade, investment, and regional security, reflecting both nations' commitment to deepening diplomatic ties. The leaders also exchanged views on international matters of mutual interest, reiterating their dedication to maintaining peace and stability in the Southeast Asian region.
