Hanoi: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam held talks with President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Min Aung Hlaing in Hanoi on September 5. The Myanmar President and his spouse are on a three-day official visit to Vietnam.
