Hanoi: Party General Secretary and State President To Lam hosted separate receptions in Hanoi on July 9 for outgoing Dutch ambassador Kees van Baar, Belgium ambassador Karl Van Den Bossche, Brazilian ambassador Marco Farani, and Norwegian ambassador Hilde Solbakken.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meetings provided an opportunity for President To Lam to express gratitude for the ambassadors' contributions to strengthening bilateral relations during their respective tenures. Each ambassador was acknowledged for their efforts in enhancing cooperation between Vietnam and their home countries.

The outgoing ambassadors expressed their appreciation for the support and collaboration they received from Vietnamese officials and institutions. They highlighted key achievements in various areas such as trade, culture, and education, which were fostered during their time in Vietnam.
