Can tho: National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man, accompanied by a delegation from the legislature and authorities of the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho, paid a pre-Lunar New Year (Tet) visit to the Party Committee and High Command of Military Region 9.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit took place on February 13 as part of the Chairman's efforts to extend Lunar New Year greetings. The delegation aimed to express gratitude and bolster the morale of the military personnel stationed in the region.
