Geneva: Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Tran Thanh Man emphasised Vietnam’s commitment to deepen the traditional solidarity and special friendship with Cuba at his meeting with President of the National Assembly of People’s Power of Cuba Esteban Lazo in Geneva, Switzerland, on July 30. The event took place on the sidelines of the 6th World Conference of Speakers of Parliament at the UN headquarters.

According to Vietnam News Agency, both leaders expressed their determination to enhance cooperation between their respective legislative bodies. They discussed various areas where collaboration could be intensified, reflecting the enduring bonds between the two nations. The meeting underscored the mutual desire to strengthen ties, particularly in legislative exchanges and shared international goals.
