Top Vietnamese Leader Meets with Chairman of Russia’s State Duma

Hanoi: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam met with Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russia Vyacheslav Volodin in Moscow on September 8 (local time), as part of his state visit to the country.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting focused on strengthening the bilateral relations between Vietnam and Russia.
