Hanoi: As the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival approaches, the programme Tet Viet-Tet Pho (Vietnamese Tet - Old Quarter Tet) has been launched on January 17. The event, which will continue until March 17, seeks to recreate, preserve, and spread the traditional cultural values associated with Tet within the unique heritage spaces of Hanoi's Old Quarter.
