Venezuela Celebrates Vietnam’s Revolutionary Journey with Commemorative Event

Miranda: The Vietnamese Embassy in Venezuela, in coordination with the Venezuela-Vietnam Friendship House (CAVV) and the International University of Communications (UICOM), organized a ceremony on August 17 to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945-2026) and National Day (September 2, 1945-2026). The event took place in Miranda state and included a seminar reflecting on the 81-year journey of Vietnam's revolution, as well as exploring the nation's future aspirations in the context of its rise.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the ceremony served as an opportunity to review Vietnam's historic path while emphasizing the special sentiments and strong bonds between the Venezuelan and Vietnamese people. The event highlighted the enduring admiration for President Ho Chi Minh and the Vietnamese people's efforts towards achieving national independence and reunification.
