Hanoi:Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan has called for a stronger focus on promoting learning, talent development, and the creation of a learning society in the new period. She emphasized the importance of fostering self-learning and creating opportunities for everyone to acquire knowledge and develop their capabilities.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Vice President Xuan made these remarks at a meeting on October 6. The event was attended by delegates participating in the national congress that honors outstanding learning models. Additionally, the meeting reviewed five years of implementing the Prime Minister's Decisions No. 387/QD-TTg and No. 677/QD-TTg for the period of 2021-2025.
