Hanoi:Ngo Phuong Ly, spouse of Vietnam's General Secretary and President To Lam, along with Maricel Cohen de Mulino, spouse of the Panamanian President, engaged in a cultural program highlighting the ethnic minority groups of Vietnam.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the event occurred on the afternoon of October 6, 2026, at Ho Van, which is situated within the Special National Relic complex of the Temple of Literature (Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam).

The program provided the guests an opportunity to experience and appreciate the diverse cultural heritage of Vietnam's ethnic communities.
