Hanoi:Vice President of the Vietnamese National Assembly (NA) Nguyen Thi Hong welcomed a high-level delegation from the United Left Movement (MIU) of the Dominican Republic, led by its General Secretary Miguel Mejia, in Hanoi on October 28.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting focused on strengthening parliamentary cooperation between Vietnam and the Dominican Republic.

The visit by the Dominican delegation signifies a commitment to enhancing collaboration and understanding between the parliaments of the two nations.
