Tel aviv: Vietnamese Trade Counsellor in Israel, Le Thai Hoa, recently held a session with Sapir Ifergan, the Director of Business and Trade at Israeli Airlines Arkia, to discuss the implementation of a direct flight route between Tel Aviv and Hanoi. Arkia is targeting January 5, 2026, as the date for its inaugural flight from Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv to Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Arkia has already started selling tickets for this new route through its website and a network of authorised agents. This development marks Arkia as the first Israeli airline to offer a direct connection to Vietnam, reflecting a significant step in fostering stronger ties between the two countries.
